The Return Of Sew & Tell Saturday: DIY Fashion Link Party

Over a year ago, I quit doing my link up party. I got busy with other things and I decided to let it go.
But the truth is, I really miss the sense of community doing it engendered. I made lots of blog friends when I was doing it. I’d try to stop by each posters’ blog during the week, and it was really fun discovering new blogs and new talent.
So I’ve decided to start doing it again. And I hope you stop by and post your projects over here!
The theme of the new link up is DIY fashion.

Handmade clothing, accessories, bags, jewelry, stuff you remodeled from your own closet. You get the drift! Whether for yourself, or for your little ones , I’d love to see what you have to share!
I’ll be posting every Friday night at 9 PM Pacific Coast Time. I don’t have a working button box yet, but here is the graphic.DIYFashionLinkParty_zps04a09037PS. I have a book giveaway going on! Stop by here to see which book and to enter!

Hi there! I am totally new to the blogging world and just starting out. I decided to start blogging to pretty much chronicle my life as a mother, wife and sewer. I am really interested in your sew and tell project and would really like to contribute. I am not entirely sure how to add you to my post yet but I am trying to learn. I am sure you don’t have alot of time but if there are any tips you can add or once your button is up and running that would be great. Hope I get to sew along!

Yea!! I got my link and pic up and it works. One question at the bottom of all the pictures that are of different sewing and jewellery projects you have a little statement at the bottom right hand corner that says collections closes in 1d so on. What does that mean?
